Battery

Engine Fluids

There are other fluids that are also critical to the systems in your Jeep Compass, like brake fluid, power steering fluid, and engine coolant. It’s advisable that you also have these checked every six months or 5,000 to 7,000 miles.

Brake fluid amplifies the pressure that you place on the brake pedal to create the force that you need to brake. Power steering fluid does the same for the forces that you create with the steering wheel, giving you better control of your vehicle.

Coolant helps to the engine maintain an even temperature no matter the weather. While it is good to monitor this fluid according to the timetable mentioned above, it is recommended that you have your coolant completely replaced every 10 years or 150,000 miles.

Spark Plugs

Cabin Air Filter
