Use the left two lanes to merge onto I-95 North toward Philadelphia for 3.5 miles. Use the right two lanes to take Exit 13 to merge onto PA-291 West/Penrose Avenue. Follow PA-291 West/Penrose Avenue for 1.4 miles.
